Welcome to Fable Artistri,  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of art canvas sculptures created using recycled cardboard. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Introduction

   1.1 By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

   1.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fable Artistri.

2. Ordering Process

   2.1 To purchase an item please contact me via contact method or via email.

   2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

   2.3 Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please note that this email is not an acceptance of your order; it is simply a confirmation that we have received your order.

   2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Price and Payment

   3.1 All prices are in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

   3.2 Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment by credit/debit card or other payment methods we agree upon.

   3.3 If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying any such additional charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

   4.1 We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

   4.2 Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.

   4.3 While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or adverse weather conditions.

   4.4 If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

   5.1 As all the item are hand made art pieces, they all have there unique design, structure (it will be made as perfect as it can be, which can be seen via the videos and images of the artwork). Returns will only be considered case to case depending on what the issue is, but not guaranteed.

   5.2 To initiate a return, please contact us.

   5.3 Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.

   5.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

   6.1 All intellectual property rights in the art canvas sculptures and other content on our website are owned by Fable Artistri/J Uddin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

   7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or your purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

   8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after the posting of any amended Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
